Memorial Day - Labor Day require a weekly rental.  

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

Monthly rentals are available:

October, November, December, January, February, March, April

Pricing

April Weekly Rental Rate: $1,000

May Weekly Rental Rate:   $1,100

June Weekly Rental Rate:  $1,700 

July Weekly Rental Rate:  $1,900

August Weekly Rental Rate:  $1,700

September Weekly Rental Rate:  $1,100

October Weekly Rental Rate:  $1,000

* Cleaning fee included in monthly and weekly rental rate

​Deposit / Payment

A $300 Non-Refundable Deposit is required with the signed rental agreement.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation.

Checkout and Cleaning

Check-in is 3:00 pm 

Check-out is 11:00 am 

Clean and put away all dishes

Place garbage in outside trash cans

If using linen rental company, arrange for pick up of linens

Bedsheets and Towels are NOT provided. 

Please bring your own bed sheets and towels or see below for local rental options. 

We have plenty of pillows.

No smoking allowed in the condo

No pets/animals allowed in the condo or backyard

All guests are asked to treat the Condo responsibly

All guests must abide by Pool Rules and Time Restrictions
